As has been our tradition since Kai's inception, the restaurant will be dark beginning on Sunday, July 31st and will reopen for service on Thursday, September 8th. During this traditional seasonal closure, the staff will travel and research new and innovative food and beverage products to further strengthen their knowledge to be used for the development of ideas for the fall/winter menu which is targeted for late October, 2011.
