This richly aromatic treatment conjures up memories of holidays gone by. Freshly ground mulling spices (cloves, allspice, orange peel and cinnamon) are blended with orange oil and brown sugar to create a warm and soothing body scrub.

How long have you been an Esthetician at Aji Spa? I have been working here at Aji for about 3 years.

What is your favorite treatment to provide?
My favorite treatment to provide is the Décolleté and Neck Treatment because it is an essential treatment for the delicate areas of the neck and chest. After the treatment my guests’ skin is left feeling smooth, tight, and rejuvenated!

What is the most enjoyable part of your career?
I think the most enjoyable part of my career is getting to meet new people and finding out how much I have in common with them. Everyday working here at Aji I meet my guests that tell me stories from all around the world! Everyday is an adventure!!

Who or what inspires you on a daily basis?
The one person who inspires me on a daily basis would be my Mother because she taught me how to be me! Thanks Mom!

Fitness Tip

Rather than a chore, make fitness a lifestyle choice. Choose a variety of activities that you enjoy, and change your daily routine to incorporate cardio fitness strength and flexibility. If you choose cardio (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) do strength training (Tuesday and Thursday). Save Saturday to try something completely new and different.

Get outside to hike or ride your bike. You can try running a 5k in your community if you want to really challenge yourself. You will have fun and stay fit in the process as long as you stick with your choice. Remember, we all need a day of rest, so save at least 1 day to do nothing! Variety is the spice of life, have fun and no matter what you do, just keep moving!
