How long have you been at Aji Spa? I started here at Aji in September of 2003.
Describe a memorable experience at Aji.
By far these four years here at Aji have all been memorable for me. My associates that I work with are all wonderful, and there are just too many good memories that I just can’t pick one!
What's the best part of your career?
My guests that I provide services to are the best part of my career. I get to meet people from all over the world and they each have a story behind them that they share with me during their services. At the end of the day, if I’ve made someone feel better about themselves, then I’ve done my job!
What service do you most like to perform?
For thirteen years I have been a hair designer, and I love it, but our Blue Sky Foot Therapy really makes my guests feel wonderfully relaxed! The Blue Sky Foot Therapy is a favorite of mine to receive, so I would have to say this treatment is my favorite to perform.

Proper Form When Exercising
Proper form is more than important, it is a must. If you are not executing the exercise properly, you might as well not be doing it at all. Improper form leads to injuries and an inefficient use of the muscle and your time. Do not tweak yourself in order to do more sets or to keep up with an aerobics instructor. It is always quality and not quantity that will get you results. Besides, it can be quite embarrassing to be spastically moving around or straining in an unnatural position.
